mandates are unconstitutional

I have read through the comments and many have made factual evidence against mandatory masks. This administration has proven time and time again this year that it either lacks knowledge of our founding documents (both as a country and as a commonwealth) or simply chooses to ignore them. Mandating ANYTHING, especially medical, is a violation of both our country's constitution and our commonwealth's constitution. The acts of this administration, as such, is completely lawless. We the People DO NOT CONSENT to any form of medical mandates. It is a direct violation of our LIFE, LIBERTY, and PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
At this current time I would like to bring up another Code most have forgotten to mention.
Virginia Code Title 24.2-233 to 24.2-238
Neglect of duty, misuse of office, or incompetence in the performance of duties when that neglect of duty, misuse of office, or incompetence in the performance of duties has a material adverse effect upon the conduct of the office, or upon conviction of a drug-related misdemeanor or a misdemeanor involving a "hate crime" (§24.2-233)
We the People have not forgotten about your past sins, nor will we ideally sit by and allow you to continue to commit future ones.
