There are many medical reasons not to wear a mask. Not all of them have to do with lung capacity or issues, and most of them are not dealing with anything contagious. I am sick and tired of being ostracized because I medically cannot wear one. My son cannot and he has been denied needed medical treatment because of it. If stores want to uphold the executive order, that's fine, but they need to also as stated in the executive order. If someone wants to wear a mask, let them with no issues! If someone does not and cannot wear a mask, let them with no issues!
