This is simple, no shoes, no shirts, no mask, no entrance.  Children and younger people carry the virus, they need protection because those who do get sick frequently get serious and long lasting side effects.  The selfish concept, "the mask doesn't doesn't protect me", is a myth.  If  one person who has the virus doesn't wear a mask and breathes on another person not wearing a mask, there is a good chance the virus will spread.   The mask and social distancing must be mandated.  Observe what is happening in Texas, Florida, and other early opening, no restriction states.  It is not just old people (the despensables) that are getting sick.  This is everybody.
