If you cannot or will not enforce a mask requirement on those in large gatherings protesting or rioting, then no mask requirement should be enforced for any law biding citizen. Further more, until there is a majority consensus among all health professionals, as of now there isn't, then open up the Commonwealth and quit using COVID as a political tool!
