Masks should be encouraged; not mandated

As a citizen of Virginia, I am protected by the US Constitution and the Virginia Constitution. I have a right to bodily autonomy and it is protected under these Constitutions. As an ELECTED official, the governor may encourage but he may not mandate what is best for my personal health. He is not my doctor. He does not have valid statistics and science to justify a long term mask mandate. Therefore, as an elected official, he has no authority to mandate masks. My body, my choice.
