No new mask rules

You told us we needed to wear masks to flatten the curve so that our hospitals wouldn't be overwhelmed. We've now seen that the models behind that thinking were wrong, so CHANGE THE POLICY.  That doesn't mean to add additional restrictions, it means ease what's already out there. The implication behind forcing everyone to wear a mask is that at some point in the reasonably near future there will be a vaccine or a highly effective treatment.  Where's the evidence for that?  Our strategy right now should be to accept that this thing is out there and get on with reaching herd immunity as quickly as possible.  THAT is the way to protect the most vulnerable. It's OBVIOUS.

There's another problem with this: For the most part, people who are going to wear masks are already wearing them. The harder you push at this point, the more people are going to push back. Folks will not comply and I'll be really surprised if the police or business owners (btw - threatening their livelihoods to force them to do police work is unforgivable) will be willing to enforce this.  Way to set yourself up.
