No new regulations needed.

The business community in Virginia and across the country has been working hard to develop new standards in reaction to COVID19. Our national, National Automatic Merchandising Association, and state, Virginia Automatic Merchandising Association,  associations have been working on clear standards specific to our industry to manage the COVID outbreak. Government has no visibility into the many different types of companies, services, etc in the community so a 1 size fits all solution is impossible. The fact that we have not had any voice in these regulations goes against the fact that we are a republic and you are a duly elected representative that works for us. Rather that force regulation on 100% of businesses why not respond to the small percentage of locations that are not doing things correctly. Focus on the problem areas, not the 99% who are already doing things right.
