This has all gone on long enough.  We do not need more regulation.  People can take care of themselves.  This will do more harm than good.  It is not my job as an employer to keep my employees healthy (safe, yes).  Health is relative to a person and out of our control.  It is out of your control.  Let people live their lives as they see fit.
