Let it be known...

The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia nowhere allows any public servants, elected or appointed, to pass laws, write regulations or any other such "rules" that are outside the bounds of such Constitution. WE THE PEOPLE are the government, and our Constitution exists to protect us from a tyrannical government. The Constitution is not null and void in the face of any emergency. To the contrary, any rules or statements the imposter pretending to be a governor (I mean Northam) makes which violate the constitution ARE NULL AND VOID. The office of governor does not own WE THE PEOPLE, has no authority over WE THE PEOPLE, and certainly has no authority over private business or business owners. If a specific power is not enumerated in the Constitution, the office does not have it. If the majority of people want masks, it does not matter. We live in a constitutional republic which both protects the people from overreaching government and from mob rule aka democracy. 

Article 1 Section 2 states that WE THE PEOPLE are the source of power in Virginia. The government has no power except that which is granted by the people.

Article 1 Section 6 states that the government needs CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED and cannot deprive people of their property without their own consent, which is precisely what has been done through Imposter Northam's lockdown, and he is now using masks to maintain his tyranny as we re-open.

Article 1 Section 7: Imposter Northam has suspended laws by not quelling the riots in our state this last month.

Article 1 Section 12: WE THE PEOPLE were prevented from peaceable assembly by a despotic government. Only those groups which served the despotic government's purposes have been allowed to assemble.

What happened to Imposter Northam's Oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia? He has broken his oath! The Constitution does not give any executive emergency authority, and certainly no authority to mandate masks (or anything else), and therefore the entire lockdown and mask mandate is NULL AND VOID and WE THE PEOPLE are obligated to ignore it.

The Imposter Posing As Governor, WE THE PEOPLE know you are guilty.
