The standard must include strong requirement for reporting and record keeping. The provision allowing for employers to comply with the CDC guidance as a replacement for the Va standard must be removed. The risk categories in the  proposal are misguided. They are not relevant to the current exposure and interest rate in the work place. The standard must ensure that all high risk workers are protected equally from the virus.
