Regarding the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) proposed temporary emergency standard:  

I urge the board to adopt the proposed standard with the elimination of one paragraph, Paragraph G on page 6, which allows employers to ignore this standard if they comply with CDC guidance. CDC publications are only suggestions and this could undermine the whole purpose of this emergency standard.

Please ensure our workers get the protection they deserve.
