The mask mandate should be discontinued.  The numbers in Virginia do not support it.  I have not worn one yet, except inside medical offices, and I will not wear one.  It’s not being enforced; most places I go to have at least 50% not wearing it, including restaurant staff.  It’s creating contention in an already contentious world.  It needs to end.
