I support the proposed regulation change and would like for you to expedite the process.  The fact that the State's Parks have reviewed this option and approved it is an indication of its appropriateness.  The process of obtaining a CWP indicates a greater likelihood of the knowledge and responsibility of these individuals over the population as a whole.  Thanks for your progress in this matter thus far.
