Whatever rules are in place for our safety, must be clear and consistent, and must be adhered to by everyone.  I have seen, (in my workplace, in restaurants, in grocery stores), people choosing to not wear masks or social distance with no recourse.  I was even told by a co-worker that they don't believe in masks, and if i didn't like it I could get the hell out.  This issue is serving to further divide us, and creates a hostile atmosphere, which potentially leads to liability and litigation.
