I am a high-risk individual with asthma and PTSD. I am single and have no family in the area. I have done my own grocery shopping, gone to medical appointments, and eaten carry-out food throughout the pandemic. I haven’t gotten sick. The contagiousness is COVID has been greatly exaggerated and, as a disabled individual, I have been actively discriminated against by my community - being told I’m deliberately not wearing a mask to defy the EO, when I can’t medically wear a mask. The mask requirement isn’t deterring anything medically and is fostering an environment of harassment and discrimination for legitimately disabled people. At this point the unjustified mask requirement is affecting my PTSD and costing me more in medical expenses during a time I’m not getting a paycheck. I will bring suit against the state of VA for violating my privacy and fostering an environment of hate and hostility throughout the state and communities when the benefits of mask wearing and the deadliness of this virus have been
