Please approve the CHP use in the State Forests.  The citizens holding CHP's have already been reviewed and found trustworthy.  They were born with the inherant right to Keep and Bare Arms as citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia and of the United States of America.  Let them exercises that Right under both Federal and State Constitutions: Approve Concealed Carry Handguns in State Forests.
