I do not support the VA Department of Health wanting to track my illnesses by making doctors report to you. 

The regulation as it currently stands, makes only acute care hospitals (ER) report nosocomial illnesses — this is diseases originating in hospitals. That is good enough. I believe this will be even further disruption of privacy with my medical history.

VDH isn’t part of the legislative branch so why are you making and suggesting the passing of “laws”? You have no true authority to do this.
