I oppose BOTH the FAST-TRACKING and the Proposed Amendments to "12 VAC 5-90 Changing the Reporting Requirement for Influenza Virus in Virginia". 

 

Fast tracking should never be allowed to discuss issues that are controversial by nature.

 

I'm firmly against the Proposed Amendments to "12 VAC 5-90 Changing the Reporting Requirement for Influenza Virus in Virginia". It is a clear government overreach and violation of personal privacy. I strongly oppose that my personal health information be shared with government officials.
