First I strongly oppose the fast tracking of the amendments this is not how government works theor how amendmens should be presented for public comment or response. I also strongly oppose the substance of the amendment.

This is an invasion of privacy, goes against HIPPA laws, it is also a huge overstep of government. There is no need for my or my family's private medical information to become public. And to whom would it be made public too? How do you think it will play out it this information is there for anyone and everyone to know about. If it can be decided how someone is treated based on their medical history. This isn't China where we are rated according various criteria of what makes you a good citizen. This is a slippery slope of infringing on our rights, privacy, and basic right to security.
