Strongly Oppose the fast tracking of this ammendment and  Strongly oppose the Ammendment to invade the privacy of a patient and the disregard for HIPPAA. The government overreach in this ammendment is annihilating the patient rights to privacy for their healthcare. It is between the patient and the doctors and medical staff treating a patient.
