This amendment is a breach of privacy that serves no public health purpose.  It is shocking that this amendment was "fast tracked" as this is supposed to be reserved for "non-controversial" issues.  Given the privacy implications of this bill, it is anything but "non-controversial".  I am 100% opposed to this amendment and any other attempts to breach patient/doctor confidentiality.
