Reporting health information without permission is against HIPAA for one. Secondly reporting without the flu being confirmed doesn’t benefit anyone and perpetuates false statistics which only create the push for more of the extremely ineffective flu vaccines. This year’s vaccine has been no different than any other year, a big failure (unless your manufacturing it) at only 9-20% effective according to the CDC. SO I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS BILL.
