I am very much opposed to electronic (or any other type of) medical tracking as proposed in this bill.  It is a complete violation of my privacy and that of my family. I am also opposed to fast-tracking bills to try to sneak them past the public without giving them opportunity to voice concerns.  Your opinion is NOT the only one that is valid or worth hearing.
