Dear VA Representatives,

First, it is unclear the purpose of these amendments - what objective or outcome are you trying to drive? Currently, these look to track an individual's health data for the purpose of tracking.

I appreciate your desire to keep all Virginias safe; however, tracking individuals' health and personal data is unethical and has no impact on the spread of the flu virus or any other disease. There are no health benefits to the individual or community by requiring medical professionals to report on lab results and personal data. Additionally, it is very common to have inaccurate or inconclusive lab results.  

Please keep an individual's private health records and data, private and confidential. Do no fast-track these amendments and please consider killing them altogether.
