I am writing in opposition to this proposed amendment. This is a violation of my right to medical privacy and against the Virginia Constitution.

I do not want my personal health information in a tracking system which is accessible to any number of individuals and even potentially at risk of being hacked by someone with a questionable agenda.

I know that if this were to be passed, I will no seek medical treatment in Virginia. And fortunately, as I reside in Northern VA, I will take advantage of my close proximity to DC, Maryland and even WVA.

There is no need for this amendment.
