I oppose this amendment. This goes against HIPPA! Information needs to remain confidential!! Seriously, Dems haven't even been sworn into office yet and their already trying to take rights away. I would like to know who's taking contributions to sway their vote?!?! Strongly strongly oppose! Since this is against HIPPA I shouldnt have to be making a comment on something this ludicrous!
