I oppose the fast tracking of proposed amendments to 12 VAC 5-90 because it is an invasion of privacy of personal medical information that is protected in the Virginia Constitution. The proposed action is an overreach of the government. 

Thank you in advance for honoring your constituents by continuing to allow privacy regarding their flu exposure status.
