I strongly oppose my doctor being required to report personal information about myself or my family if we happen to be sick with the flu or flu-like symptoms.  We are supposed to be able to trust our doctor.  This requirement will erode trust and we (as will many others who learn about this) will be less likely to visit the doctor.  

I also oppose the fast-tracking of this.  If you (the state health department) want more of our personal information, I expect that you will provide detailed reasons and adequate time for discussion at community town halls with our representatives.
