This law could violate human rights in so many ways among which employment denials, insurance denials, housing  and even in family law. A person’s health, current or past, is nobody’s business but the person themself. It they would like to share what is happening it for them to share with whomever and how much information they choose. Please uphold privacy laws established by our nation.
