I am against VDH’s proposed legislation to track public health. This infringes on the privacy of every Virginian. All lawmakers should be opposed to such action. Equally important is the outrage that VDH does not hold the power they are attempting to use. They do not have the authority to propose or make laws. Study the way our government was set up. Read the Constitution.
