Complete Encroachment of Privacy Violating Fourth Amendment

According to the Constitution of Virginia “All laws shall originate in the House of Delegates, to be approved of or rejected by the Senate, or to be- amended, with consent of the House of Delegates; except money-bills, which in no instance shall be altered by the Senate, but wholly approved or rejected”

The Health Department has been assuming false authority and overstepping in its role.

Virginia Constitution SEC. 7. “That all power of suspending laws, or the execution of laws, by any authority, without consent of the representatives of the people, is injurious to their rights, and ought not to be exercised.”

We, the People, have not consented to the infringement of medical freedom and personal privacy.

The regulation as it stands is already an overstep. The proposed changes are downright outrageous. The new changes encroach on the patient doctor relationship, give extended and false authority to quasi governmental agencies. This information can be used to overstep even further violating the Fourth Amendment. In the case Katz v. United States (1967), the Supreme Court held that its protections extend to intrusions on the privacy of individuals as well as to physical locations. Individuals have the right to expect privacy when they go to the doctor.

If codification of unlawful acts continue to occur the people will rise and demand its rightful authority.
