Please pass the regulation amendment to allow concealed carry in state forests.

While in college in the early 80's, I camped in a Virginia forest with my girlfriend.  I had an old revolver with me for our protection.  Looking back, I don't recall the specifics of "where and when" to determine whether or not what we did was legal. 

Regardless, as it stands now, I can't imagine why on Earth the Commonwealth would want to allow its citizens to be helpless against any two-legged, sicko nutcase possibly searching for victims in isolated areas.

Again, please pass this amendment and ALLOW carry in state forests.
