again There are numerous times paper timesheets or online entry are still going to be needed when sf/sc don’t do their job in a timely manner and delay and cause lapse in service and services get back dated; etc that needs to be addressed

there is a massive movement nation wide to appeal evv... wish someone would take the step for consumer directed services so the 68,000 people in Virginia using this service can stay in the community and not be institutionalized
