I’m one of the ‘lucky’ ones. I only just got approved to start inputting my hours. But I’ve been reading the comments for months about how awful the program is and I’m not at all looking forward to this aspect of the job.  The DBHDS data breach was bad enough but making something stressful and frustrating on top of an already stressful and difficult job makes everything so much worse.

Why didn’t you beta test this months before rolling it out? The children and adults who count on our assistance need us to be fully there for them-not distracted, worn out, and paranoid because of user-unfriendly interfaces and non secure apps and websites (on top of super low pay and no benefits). Not cool!
