As an EOR my husband and I have two children on the waiver.  Finding qualified help for $9.44 an hour is beyond difficult, especially if you live in a more rural area.  The attendants that we do have have yet to be paid in full for their work!!!  Numerous calls and emails to CDCN have gone unanswered.  My VA Premier SF acknowledged that MOST people have not been paid in full yet and that there are so many issues with EVV that prevent it from working correctly.  We’ve had so many problems with the whole transition and now our attendants aren’t getting paid correctly???!!!
