LIve-ins work consistently more hours than the paid hours.  They cannot continually clock out at exactly the hour the pay stops!  They will go over, because they are doing three jobs worth of hours in one!  Please allow the hours to go past the set hours, and just don't pay past the set hours.  Don't dock a whole day for going past the set hour by even one second!  Better yet, follow the example of the federal government and exempt live-ins from this mess.
