Three job related reference supporting the knowledge, skills and abilities of the minimum qualifications according to the job description: With the salaries for Direct Support Professional entry level, experience and limited time in the job market may make this quite impossible. DSP positions are often used as steppingstones and rarely are careers made in this area. If you hire a younger induvial, there may not be three job references to obtain.
