Medicaid patients should have access to telemedicine in Virginia.  The more we can provide better options for care delivery the better for Medicaid patients.  This gives them the opportunity to adopt a more preventative approach to healthcare by having better access to their physician.

For Virginia taxpayers, the more Medicaid patients can use telemedicine instead of emergency rooms for their primary care portal, the more cost savings to taxpayers.
