Telemedicine and Telehealth should be used more, even to the point of being the point of entry into the healthcare system for anyone wishing to obtain care. It is economical in that overhead is low with economies of scale, when multiple providers use the same facility. It also provides patients with a quick, personal talk with a provider who can see their condition and put their minds at rest if only rest or no drugs or no further care is needed.
