The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA) has reviewed proposed regulations to amend the Virginia Administrative Code to conform to Chapters 136, 343, 670 and 671 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly.  VHHA has concluded that the regulations are consistent with the Acts of Assembly and does not propose any modifications at this time.
