Allow Concealed Weapons in State Forests

All we're asking, as law-abiding citizens, is to be able to protect our families and ourselves.  The lawless will carry weapons into the forests, bars, stores anywhere they want. They don't care what the law says, but we do, and try to abide by the laws of the land. It's a sad fact that the police can't be everywhere a crime is about to be committed. If they had that kind of fore-sight, we wouldn't need to worry about protecting ourselves, they would always be there.  But they are just as human as we are, they can't be everywhere at once. The left would have you believe that they can protect you, that the criminals who mean to do you and your family bodily harm have all the rights, and you have none. That's true, in their eyes, until the day it happens to them or one of their family members. Then they try to blame the police, the system, the other politions, but in the end it comes down to the fact that there are bad people in this world, and they do not care who you are. Currently, if you have a rifle over you shoulder, or a pistol exposed on your hip, there seems to be less issues. Those of us who carry concealed, just would rather not raise that kind of attention.

Thank you for your time.
