I strongly urge you to approve this proposed change.  In addition, I ask that you make the law conform to State Carry Laws for the entire state by allowing lawful open carry without a permit in both State Parks and State Forests.  If there have been no problems in the rest of the state with law abiding citizens, why would there be any problem in a park?  Other states have no such restrictions and there are not higher incidents of poaching or elevated violent crime.
