Dry needling uses acupuncture needles, so why do you have to rename it to “dry needling”, because it is a scheme!  No matter how you package it, it is Acupunture.

If you want to call it dry needling, then just use hypodermic needle.   

Acupuncture/dry needle should only be administered by a Licensed Acupuncturist.
