No matter the stance of a citizen or politician on abortion, it is by its very nature a medical procedure. As such, the facilites that this procedure and all those in its employ should be held to rigorous standards of practice. As a patient undergoing a surgical procedure of any nature, I would want the peace of mind of knowing my facility is held to high expectations according to the law of the land. Please retain and improve upon the standards that are already in place.
