In order to protect the welfare of women, abortion centers must be required to maintain the same health and safety standards as other healthcare providers. This is simple common sense. To eliminate or weaken the current regulations for abortion centers is to show that Virginia cares less about its women than about the "bottom line" of the abortion facilities.
