Abortion providers must adhere to the same quality standards of health and safety as any other provider of medical services. 

Since abortion entails the murder of an innocent human being, there can be no moral justification for the process; similarly, the unborn child should have all the same constitutional protections of right to life and health as any other human.  Because this culture, however, has decided not to recognize those rights, then the least the legislature should assure is safety for the mother and the infant who survives a botched abortion.
