Abortion center regulations are essential for the health and safety of Virginia women and must be maintained and enforced, not water downed.  The abortion industry has fought regulation for years, yet repeatedly independent inspections find serious deficiencies, even during announced inspections, when you would expect the centers to be on their best behavior.  These centers cannot self regulate, nor do they even wish to.  Abortion centers claim to be health care providers so that at a minimum they must adhere to the regulatory standards of other health care providers.  The safety of Virginia women depend on it.
