If we want to avoid a Gosnell situation here in VA, we must provide the highest possible medical conditions in abortion facilities that requires regulations and standards. Also, licensed, certified medical doctors must perform all procedures, not nurses or physician assistants. We must protect the lives and quality of life of all our citizens, including the unborn.
