I oppose the regulatory action described in NOIRA additional daily supervision rate structure(22vac 40-221.As being a therapeutic Foster Parent in the state of Viriginia,I feel we need an increase in rates.Not a decrease.There is no $dollar amount that could be put on all the hard work i do for the children.
