I oppose the regulatory action described in NOIRA addiotional daily supervision rate structure" Those individuals fortunate enough to work with inner city youth, especially those with special needs; physical, mental and or emotional already have the challenge of mending broken souls.  Don't add the burden of straightened financial circumstances to their plight.
